Microsoft Word Art

Sometimes in life one finds themself with a creative drive and absolutely zero useful creative tools in your grasp. Sometimes one also needs whatever they make to be digital because they also don't have a scanner or any way to edit anything.

So one boots up Microsoft Word and accidentally teaches themself how to create vector-based artwork in the worst possible program to do so.

That was me. I learned that the native tools in Word - notably under "Insert", not under "Draw" - can be used to create custom shapes using the "Freeform: Shape" and "Curve" tools. These tools essentially work to create something analogous to vector points. Once done, one may the "edit points" to further fine tune the shapes they've made. Also, fun fact: Word only allows one to zoom in 5000%.

Now, imagine my surprise when I was in class and properly learned about vector points and how baffled my professor was when I explained the reason behind why I looked so shocked. But hey, it made the The Bézier Game way easier!
